)

 Do I need an appointment to come in for an estimate?

 We would prefer that you give us some idea when you intend to come in so that we can devote our full attention to better serve you.

 Why we do not give quotes over the phone?

 There are just too many variables to consider when estimating how to repair a vehicle. Even when a vehicle is viewed in person, often times there will be damages that are not know until parts are removed. It would not be professional to quote you a price over the phone.

 How long will it take to fix my vehicle?

 For minor damage, such as replacing a bumper cover, a minimum of three days is required. This allows for proper curing time for any primers, fillers, and paint. Beyond that, it’s dependent upon the extent of damage, availability of parts, and approval of payment by the responsible party.

 How am I going to 'get around' when my vehicle is your shop?

  Remember, if you're using your insurance coverage for repairs, you should check your policy to see what you have for rental coverage. This is so you can prepare if there are any additional costs for the rental that you may incur.If the accident was not your fault and the responsible party has accepted liability then they are required to provide you with reasonable transportation while your car is being repaired.

Payment Options:
We accept insurance checks and most major credit cards.
